as today,long ago, when there were no tubewells etc.water was the main prblom and was the main idea of khawja sahib poetry .He invites black clouds but at the same time he requsts not to shower because his Mahboob is awaited…………………………………………………

It’s a poignant song, sung in a haunting voice. Could someone please translate it roughly into English? Even though I can make sense of some of the lines but don’t understand others. I’m sure there would be others like me, too, who would want to understand the meanings of the song.
